Downhole and Design prides itself on the quality control standards and procedures built into every phase of the production process.

From first article inspection by the machine operator, to quality control inspection, to tool assembly, DDIC personnel go the extra mile to ensure the integrity of our downhole tools.

During tool assembly, every part and every component is again thoroughly inspected to ensure that the finished tool will do exactly what it's supposed to do when it goes downhole.

Prior to export shipping, each tool is weatherized-greased and jam wrapped to ensure the integrity of the tool, no matter how extreme the conditons, no matter how long it sits on the dock.
